- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service is not that great from majority of workers. Ridiculous shipping quotes (took two weeks to mail an envelope two states away for a price of 13$). Sometimes I think they intentionally try to give me the highest crappiest shipping rate and label it as "economy."
