- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely horrible customer service. My box ran out and I made it clear to the store rep I did not want to renew my box. I told her I would come by with the key to the box but could not make it in. She took it upon herself to renew the box and continue charging me knowing that I did not want to continue with service and then threatened me with a collection service...She was completely rude on the phone and Ive never had a rep speak to me like that ...By Brett Norris, July 02, 2017
