- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Since Capitol One has closed so many locations, it has become inconvenient to always have to drive to south Broadway in Tyler, Further more last Friday I went to this location a male teller took my payment and said it would be a moment, left the window for about 15 minutes, a women returned and asked me if I wanted to make a payment on my card she was holding that there computers were down, i was told I could also make a deposit in my checking account at the atm due to their computers being down but the line due to this problem was to long for the time I had, I ask her just to give me back my card payment, I recently opened a account at south-side bank and would deposit my money there and make my card payment with my south-side bank card. I did not appreciate the service at capitol one or the wasted time and feel it is not getting better since the closings at the other 4 locations.By EDWIN SHANKS, June 06, 2017
