The salesman are very sneaky and deceptive in how they sale you on signing the dotted line. If you are inexperienced or is your first car purchase PLEASE take a knowledgeable person with you. I do not recommend anyone to DRIVETIME Tyler, or any location worldwide. Here you will pay 3 to 4 times the actual value of the vehicle. Run while you can. Got there the next day had paperwork ready for the vehicle we wanted, test drove it, n went over all warranties, answered all questions, and was overall wonderful. No complaints.
